HOW TO

• Lightly contour and shape the eye by blending matte shades through the crease and along the lower lashline.
• Elongate the eye and define the lashline by applying Plum Nocturne with a damp angled brush.
• Highlight the eye by blending shimmers onto the brow bone, eyelid and inner corner.
• For stronger payoff, use a fingertip or damp brush to apply shimmer shades, then diffuse the edges with a blending brush.
• Layer glittering shades over the IntensifEYES™ Artistry Wand for increased wear and opacity.
